From Magister Lvcentinvs, Master´s Degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation, we would like to thank the EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office Boards of Appeal for their collaboration in the inauguration of the Trademarks and Designs Module of the 32nd edition of the Master´s Degree. The presentation was given by Mr. Sven Stürmann, President of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal, and focused on the EUIPO Grand Board of Appeal, its structure and the main pending cases. The presentation was introduced by Prof. Pilar Montero, Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante and Director of the Magister Lvcentinvs, together with Professor Vicente Gimeno Beviá, Trade Marks and Designs Coordinator of the Magister Lvcentinvs. Our deepest gratitude to Sven Stürmann, former Magister Lvcentinvs graduate, for his commitment and collaboration in sharing his expertise and passion for intellectual property to the next IP generations!
