From Magister Lvcentinvs we would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the Sociedad General de Autores y Editores (SGAE) for the warm welcome extended at its headquarters, the emblematic Palacio Longoria in Madrid, on the occasion of the Working Session held at its premises. This session was led by Ms. Marta Beca, Secretary General of the SGAE, and Mr. Juan Serrada Llord, Deputy Secretary General. We also wish to acknowledge the invaluable contribution of Ms. Maribel Sausor, Head of the Complementary Activities Department, and Ms. María Luz González Peña, Director of the Documentation and Archive Centre (CEDOA), who provided us with a unique opportunity to explore the history of authors of exceptional significance.
This event is part of the academic activities of the Magister Lvcentinvs, led by Professors Pilar Montero, Esperanza Gallego and Nuria Fernández, and was coordinated by the specialists in Copyright Law and Competition Law: Mr. Ignacio Rabasa and Ms. Andrea García. We are deeply grateful for the SGAE’s commitment to specialised education in the field of Intellectual Property and digital innovation. Those activities confirm our determination to continue strengthening institutional ties that contribute to academic excellence and the protection of innovation across all areas, as an essential driver of competitiveness and development.
