This week, it was a pleasure to hold the closing ceremony and graduation of the Specialised Course in Business Mediation and Intellectual Property at the University of Alicante. We would like to express our gratitude to the authorities for their collaboration and support. This event was chaired by Professor Dr Jorge Moyá Ballester, Vice-Dean of Institutional Relations, Equality Policies and External Practices at the Faculty of Law of the University of Alicante, and included speeches by the Co-Directors of the Specialised Course in Business Mediation and Intellectual Property, Prof. Dr Iur. Theophile Margellos and Prof. Dr. Altea Asensi Merás. Our gratitude to Ms. Karin Kuhl, Director of the EUIPO Mediation Centre, Mr. Carlos Amat, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Services at the Alicante Chamber of Commerce, and Miguel Angel Martinez, lawyer and mediator on behalf of ICALI. We would also like to thank the students, their families, and the authorities, academics, lawyers, and professionals from the academic, legal, institutional, and business communities for their commitment to specialised training in Business Mediation and Intellectual Property.
