This week, professors Altea Asensi Merás and Vicente Gimeno Beviá, academic coordinators of the University Specialist Diploma in Plant Breeding and Distinctive Quality Signs, participated in a working session involving attendance at a real trade mark hearing. This hearing was followed by a discussion with students and professors led by Magistrate Dr. Int. Gustavo Andrés Martín Martin, head of the Commercial Court No. 1 of Alicante, Spanish European Union Trade mark specialised court and Coordinator of the Spanish Court of First Instance for European Union Trade marks. From the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation, we would like to express our gratitude for this great opportunity for our students, providing them with immediate insight into their professional reality as future specialists in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation.
