From the Magister Lvcentinvs and the Department of Commercial Law of the UA – Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d’Alacant we are pleased to announce the celebration of the XXIII INTENSIVE SEMINAR ON TRADEMARKS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION; and XV INTENSIVE SEMINAR ON DESIGNS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
The seminars will be held from 20 January to 24 of January at the University of Alicante in a face-to-face format.
These seminars will analyse the latest developments in the field of trade marks and designs in the European Union, including the EUIPOs practice on trade mark registration, case law in the field of trade marks in the European Union and the reform of the European Unions design regulations.
