PROFESSOR DR. PILAR MONTERO SPEAKER AT THE EUIPO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CASE LAW CONFERENCE

Professor Dr. Pilar Montero, Professor of Commercial Law and Director of the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation at the University of Alicante, participated as a speaker at the Fourth Edition of the INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CASE LAW CONFERENCE organized by the EUIPO Boards of Appeal in collaboration with the EUIPO Academy.

Professor Montero participated in the panel entitled: “Boosting the attractiveness of intellectual property rights in food and beverages”, giving a lecture on the topic: “Dilemmas of the double protection of geographical indications and trademarks”.
