New Volume of the Open-Access Journal Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation!
The new volume of the open-access journal Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation, directed by Professors Esperanza Gallego and Nuria Fernández Pérez, with Professor Altea Asensi Merás as secretary, has been published. This volume includes contributions on current and relevant topics such as: The Broad Use of Patent Flexibilities in the United States, Sustainable Agriculture in the European Union: Financial Instruments and the Spanish Strategic Plan for the CAP 2023–2027, and The Non-Patentability of Genome-Edited Plants: On the Amendment by the European Parliament.
