From the Magister Lvcentinvs IP and Digital Innovation Master, we would like to thank the OEPM ES for the collaboration at the academic opening of the Trade Marks and Designs Module of the 31th edition of Magister Lvcentinvs.
The students of this edition were accompanied by the entire Management team of the Master, especially the professors NURIA FERNÁNDEZ PÉREZ, Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante, Director of the Module on Trademarks, Designs, Copyright and Competition, Pilar Montero, Professor Accredited as Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante and Director of the Master Lvcentinvs, together with Professor Jaume Llorca Galiana, Coordinator of Trademarks and Designs and Professor Andrea García Martínez, Assistant Coordinator of Trademarks and Designs.
The opening presentation was given by Ms. Inmaculada Redondo Martinez, Director of the Department of Distinctive Signs of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, and focused on the most recent developments in the field of trademarks and designs.
