The Magister Lvcentinvs is a founding member of the Pan European Seal Programme. Students who meet the program requirements will have the opportunity to apply for paid internships at the EUIPO and EPO offices for a minimum of 1 year if selected by them.

Within the framework of the academic year, visits are made to collaborating institutions such as: the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), law firms, multinationals, courts, entities, regulatory councils, among many others.

Magister offers students individualised tutoring developed by module coordinators and tutors, ensuring personalised support for students.
Internationalisation
Magister Lvcentinvs has a marked international character in both the origin of its students and the composition of the teaching staff. There are more than 200 international speakers of recognised international prestige among the faculty.

Magister Lvcentinvs offers its graduates the opportunity to undertake internships at law firms, companies, and institutions, allowing them to gain valuable hands-on experience to further their professional careers.
Practical Application
of Academic Writing
Opportunity to write articles in the Journal of Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation and participate in awards and competitions for legal writing such as the ECTA AWARD or the Hermenegildo Baylos Award.
Preparing
for a Trial
Participation in various Moot Courts, including the Mock Trial at the University of Alicante, the Robert Tinlot – AIDV Moot Court at the University of Reims, the CONEDE Moot Court at the General Council of the Judiciary, and the WIPO Moot IP.
Lifelong Learning
Magister Lvcentinvs offers experimental training including practical sessions, preparation of public presentations, seminars and workshops under the supervision of professional specialists. There are opportunities to register for exclusive in-person and online events at offices such as OEPM, EUIPO, EPO, WIPO and CPVO, all part of the specialised Intellectual Property programme, plus opportunities to enrol in courses like the Double Degree in Commercial Mediation offered by the Department of Commercial Law of the University of Alicante.
