Academic Visits
Within the framework of the academic year, visits are made to Collaborating Institutions such as: the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), Law Firms, Multinationals, Courts, Entities, Regulatory Councils, among many others.
Individualised tutoring
Magister offers students individualised tutoring developed by module coordinators and tutors, ensuring a personalised treatment of students.
Internationalisation
The Magister Lvcentinvs has a marked international character, both in terms of the origin of its students and the composition of the teaching staff. There are more than 200 international speakers of recognised international prestige on our faculty.
Practical Application of Academic Writing
Opportunity to write articles in the Journal of Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation, opportunity to participate in awards and competitions for legal writing and work such as the ECTA AWARD or the Hermenegildo Baylos Award.
Preparing for a trial
Participation in various Moot Courts. Mock Trial at the University of Alicante, opportunities to participate in the Robert Tinlot – AIDV Moot Court at the University of Reims, in the CONEDE Moot Court at the General Council of the Judiciary and in the WIPO Moot IP.
Lifelong learning
The Magister Lvcentinvs has an experimental training, in which practical sessions, preparation of public presentations, seminars, workshops under the supervision of professional specialists.
