From the Commercial Law Department of the UA – University of Alicante / Universitat d’Alacant de Alicante and the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation we would like to thank the excellent session given by Verena Von Bomhard, from Bomhard IP on the Court of Justice proceedings in the 22nd edition of the EU Trade Mark Intensive Seminar. Our sincerest gratitude to Verena for the outstanding moderation of the panel discussion with the speakers: Tobias Dolde from Noerr, Benjamin Fontaine from EGYP and Iza Junkar from Hogan Lovells. The panel analysed the evolution of the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU as well as the EUIPO latest decisions.
