Enrollment remains open for the University Double Degree Programme in Business Mediation and Intellectual Property, organized by the Commercial Law Area of the University of Alicante (UA / Universitat d’Alacant).
This fully online programme, with the option to attend in-person sessions, is specially designed for professionals in law, economics, and business who wish to deepen their knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods in commercial and international contexts.
The course grants two university degrees recognized throughout the European Union, with a total of 24 ECTS credits. Both degrees comply with the requirements established by Law 5/2012 on mediation in civil and commercial matters, and qualify participants for inclusion in the Register of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Spanish Ministry of Justice, both as initial training and as part of the continuous training required by the register.
The programme will be delivered entirely online, combining synchronous and asynchronous sessions to ensure maximum flexibility and adaptability to the professional circumstances of participants. It will take place during the 2025/2026 academic year. Teaching will be provided by a faculty of nationally and internationally recognized experts in the fields of mediation, business, and intellectual property.
