Magister Lvcentinvs Patents Moot Court at the University of Alicante

This week, the Magister Lvcentinvs Patents Moo Court took place in the Courtroom of the Faculty of Law at the University of Alicante.
For this activity, we had the pleasure of welcoming the participation of Mr. José Manuel Calle, Judge; Ms. Raquel Rodríguez Zaragoza Rodríguez, Lawyer at the firm Guevara Abogados and coordinator of practical cases; and Mr. Carlos Isaac Bernabéu, Legal Counsel of the Administration of Justice. They were joined by Prof. Dr. Pilar Iñiguez, Director of the Patents and Digital Innovation Module of the Magister Lvcentinvs; Prof. Dr. Alejandro Llopis Blanque, Coordinator of the Patents and Digital Innovation Module; and Mr. Miguel Cano Menor, Deputy Coordinator of the Patents and Digital Innovation Module.
This is an essential activity in which the students of the Magister Lvcentinvs develop key skills for their professional future in the field of intellectual property—particularly the ability to litigate before a real court.
