From the Commercial Law Department and from Magister Lvcentinvs, Masters Degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation of the University of Alicante, we would like to express our gratitude for the success of the conference : 30 years of trip agreements: current challenges in patent and plant variety law , held last Friday in Alicante.

This conference was held at the Alicante Bar Association premises, and in the Opening Ceremony we had the honour to attend the speech of the Dean of Alicante Bar Association Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Alicante (ICALI) , Mr. Ignacio Gally Muñoz.
The conference was led by Prof. Esperanza Gallego, Director of the IP Chair on International Intellectual Property Protection, Prof. Pilar Montero, Director of the Magister Lvcentinvs, Prof. Pilar Iñiguez, Director of the Specialist Tile on Patent, Digital Innovations and Technology Transfer and Mr. José Antonio Gil Celedonio,Industry and Tourism Attaché. Permanent Representation of Spain to the European Union.
Students from the 32nd edition of the Magister Lvcentinvs programme had the opportunity to participate in this event, with PhD students of the international IP PhD of the Commercial Law Department of the UA, as well as different professionals in the IP and digital innovation sector.
