From the Department of Commercial Law and Procedural Law of the UA – Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d’Alacant , together with the Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation Magister Lvcentinvs and Amici et Alumni´s Association Magister Lvcentinvs, it is announced that on April 18 and 19, 2024, the IV DIGITAL PIRACY CONFERENCE will be held at the University Headquarters of Street San Fernando, 40, 03001, Alicante.
They will discuss in detail current issues to take into account in infringements of IP rights in the Digital market, especially in the platform economy and in various virtual realities. This event will be attended by internationally renowned Institutions, Firms and Researchers, such as Motion Picture Association, the Intellectual Property Crimes Office of the national police, the coalition of digital content creators and industries, Telefónica, Garrigues , EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office ,OEPM ES, the Criminal Chamber of the National Court, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Court, the Contentious-Administrative Chamber,among others.
