From the Magister Lvcentinvs and the Department of Commercial Law of the University of Alicante we are pleased to announce the celebration of the “XXII INTENSIVE SEMINAR ON TRADEMARKS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION” and “XIV INTENSIVE SEMINAR ON DESIGNS IN THE
EUROPEAN UNION”.
The seminars will be held from 29 January to 2 February at the University of Alicante in a face- to-face format.
These seminars will analyse the latest developments in the field of trade marks and designs in the European Union, including the EUIPO’s practice on trade mark registration, case law in the field of trade marks in the European Union and the reform of the European Union’s design
regulations.
Top-level speakers will participate in this event from the public and private sectors, both legal and business, such as the EUIPO, Garrigues, Pwc, Casalonga, Noerr, Hogan Lovells, Bombhard IP, Barzanò & Zanardo, EGYP, among others. Thank you so much to all for another edition!
