From the Department of Commercial Law of the UA – Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d’Alacant and the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation we would like to thank the support received on Tuesday, January 30 in the annual intensive trademark seminars and designs in the European Union a few days ago. In these seminars the participants have had the opportunity to learn about the latest jurisprudence and legislative reforms applicable to both trademarks and designs in the EU.
