On 18th of September 2024, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office in Madrid hosted the presentation of the studies of Professor Esperanza Gallego Sánchez, Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante, General Coordinator of the Magister Lvcentinvs and Pilar Montero García-Noblejas, Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante and Director of the Magister Lvcentinvs. Profesor Gallego presented his work entitled :”Patent systems and job creation in Spain” https://lnkd.in/d_SeNwjx and Profesor Montero her work:
“The regulation of non-agricultural geographical indications in Spain and in comparative framework”. Those studies have been elaborated in the
framework of the Carlos Fernández-Novoa Chair in Innovation and Industrial Property.
The event has been opened by the Director General of the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office, Ms. Elisa Rodríguez Ortiz, and by the Director General of the EOI, Mr. José Bayon López.
