The Department of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante and the Magister Lvcentinvs are pleased to present you with a unique training opportunity in the field of Business Mediation and Intellectual Property, specially designed for professionals in Law and Intellectual Property. This program offers a dual university degree recognized throughout Europe and is aimed at providing the necessary skills to act as a mediator within the current legal framework.
The program consists of two courses, which together form a single qualifying training program for mediation practice, in accordance with the requirements established in Law 5/2012 on mediation in civil and commercial matters:
University Degree in Mediation as an ADR Method in Business and Intellectual Property Conflicts
University Degree in Commercial Mediation: Business Mediation and Intellectual Property
This highly practical training will allow those who complete it to register and qualify in the Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions, fulfilling the training requirements for professional practice.
Modality and fees:
Fully online training, with both synchronous and asynchronous classes, and the possibility of attending specific in-person sessions.
Price for both degrees: €5,250.
Price for the 2024/2025 academic year: €1,575.
