In June 2023 Magister Lvcentinvs hosted the closing ceremony of the 29th edition of the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation of the University of Alicante.
The academic event was chaired on behalf of the President of the University of Alicante, by the Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Mr. Luis Alfonso Martínez Giner. The closing conference of the 29th edition was given by Mr. Andrea Di Carlo, Deputy Executive Director of the European
Union Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO.
It has been an honour for the Magister Lvcentinvs to host in this event the Director General of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, Ms. Aída Fernández González, the Director General of Cultural Industries, Intellectual Property and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and
Sport, Ms. Carmen Paez, the Head of Academic Institutions and Executive Programme of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Ms. Martha Chikowore, and the Dean of the Alicante Bar Association (ICALI), Mr. Fernando Candela. IIn this academic event we have had
the honour to attend the speech specially addressed for this occasion by Dr. António Campinos, President of the European Patent Office (EPO).
