Bicentenary of the creation of the Royal Conservatory of Arts

On 17 December, the bicentenary of the creation of the Royal Conservatory of Arts and the creation of the archive was celebrated in the skylight of the Palacio de Fomento, headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, as part of the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the OEPM.

To commemorate this Bicentenary, a day was held in which the past, present, and future of Industrial Property were the subject of debate and reflection at two round tables. The conference focused on the role played by archives in preserving and disseminating technological knowledge and innovation, and on the reflections of experts and professionals in the sector on the present and future challenges facing the industrial property ecosystem.

This conference was attended by Professor Altea Asensi Merás, coordinator of the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation at the University of Alicante.
