Professor Dr. Nuria Fernández, Professor of Commercial Law, and Director of the Analysis and Monitoring of Digital Rights Project of the CENTRO DE INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL DE ALICANTE (CENID) led the seminar entitled: THE NEW EUROPEAN LEGISLATION ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND ITS IMPACT ON SPANISH REGULATIONS”.
This seminar, which analyzed the recent reforms of the regulations applicable to digital platforms and their liability, was inaugurated by Manuel Palomar, Director of the CENTER OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OF ALICANTE (CENID).
The speakers were Prof. Pilar Montero, Professor of Commercial Law, Member of the Observatory of Digital Platforms of the European Commission and Director of Magister Lvcentinvs, Prof. Dr. Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras, Professor of Commercial Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid and Member of the Observatory of Digital Platforms, as well as Prof. Dr. Carmen Juanatey, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Alicante.
